How To Print Battery Labels

Although IMPRES Battery Fleet Management does not support label making features, it is possible to create a Custom Report which contains the serial numbers of all of the batteries in your fleet. This report can then be printed or the data can be exported to Excel for additional formatting before printing.

Follow the below steps to create a custom report that contains battery serial numbers:

• In the Navigation Panel, click on the Reports button
• Right click on the Custom report node and click Add from the context menu
• In the Report Name text box, enter "Battery Labels" and click OK
• The Battery Labels report will be added to the Custom node in the Navigation Panel and the report of all battery serial numbers will be displayed in the Results Panel

You can print the report to create battery labels or export the report to Excel for additional formatting.

You can now use these labels to track your batteries.
